FIRE ROASTED PIZZA DIPPING SAUCE RECIPE

LOVE dipping things! And this sauce will make you want to create eve more things to dip!

Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces crushed fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Karen’s garlic & herbs salt *

Supplies:

  • Can opener
  • Blender

Instructions:

  1. Cut the garlic into a few rough pieces (no need to mince- let the blender do most of the work here).
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until fully combined

    Notes:

    • If you haven’t made Karen’s garlic and herbs salt yet, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of oregano and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt instead.
    • This pizza sauce is Italian-style, which has a slightly thinner texture than American-style pizza sauce.
    • Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or the freezer up to 3 months.
